Parents, please see the below regarding Hartswood midweek protocols:

We look forward to welcoming you to Hartswood for the upcoming fixture(s). It feels both a blessed relief and an exciting move forward that we are able to have fixtures back on for our students and I hope that everyone involved enjoys the matches.

I just wanted to touch base prior to the match day to let you know where we are with our protocols for Hartswood and the safe movement of people through the site.

• No match teas will be provided for supporters or players, coffee and tea will be available for staff
• No supporters on site – parents must drop students off and leave the site
• There is limited coach parking on site and coaches should park next to the groundsman storage facility, on the left prior to the main car park.
• Parents should follow the one way system to the drop off area where students will be met and shown to the pitch.
• Team should be well separated pitch side – likely to be demarked by gazebos unless there is high wind.
• If waiting to be picked up, students should wait on the grass area next to the main astro-turf and be socially distanced.
• All students and staff will have access to toilets and water fountains which are regularly cleaned.
• We encourage all students to bring their own water bottles

My apologies that this list appears slightly militant, but hopefully it means we can concentrate on giving the students the best experience possible and make the sport the major priority, rather than worrying about complying with risk assessments.
